Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Item
Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and pack it securely in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.
Schedule Pickup or Shipping
For small decor, use the provided prepaid label; for large furniture pieces, we will coordinate with our freight partners to schedule a convenient curbside pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees, within 5-7 business days.
